EAN Consultants is a UK recruitment and consultancy firm built on a simple belief: get the people right and everything else follows. We work across healthcare, technology and business support, and help individuals manage their care through Individual Service Funds.
Who we are
Rooted in the NHS, working across the UK.
Our story began in healthcare. For close to twenty years we have supported NHS trusts and healthcare systems across England and Scotland, learning what safe staffing really takes and how much a good placement is worth to a service under pressure.
From that foundation we have grown into technology and business support recruitment, and into Individual Service Fund brokerage. Different fields, the same standard. We are based in Shefford, Bedfordshire, and work across the country.
