How EAN Consultants collects, uses and protects your personal data, in plain language. We collect only what you give us and never sell it.

Who we are

EAN Consultants Ltd is a recruitment and consultancy firm registered in England and Wales, based in Shefford, Bedfordshire. We provide recruitment across healthcare, IT and digital, and business support, and act as an approved Individual Service Fund provider and broker.

For anything relating to your data, email info@eanconsultantsltd.com or call 0330 043 6773. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and are the controller of the personal data described here.

The information we collect

We collect the details you submit through contact forms, role briefs, CV registrations and job applications. These may include your name, contact details, organisation, CV, professional details and message. Our host also keeps short-lived standard security logs.

How we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, deliver recruitment services, assess suitability for roles, meet legal and professional checks, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, make automated decisions about candidates or send marketing you have not requested.

Candidates and CVs

Our consultants use candidate details to match people with suitable vacancies. We only share a CV or candidate details with a prospective employer with the candidate’s agreement.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to provide this security check under its privacy policy. Turnstile does not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep information

  • General enquiries and role briefs: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
  • Candidate records, CVs and applications: up to two years from our last meaningful contact, unless the law requires longer.
  • Security logs: a short rolling period.

Security

We are Cyber Essentials certified. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it, submissions stay in our own systems, and connections to the site are encrypted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data. Email us to exercise a right. We respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
